Free Shipping for all Australian Retail orders over $300. A flat rate delivery fee of $16.00 + GST applies to all other orders.
Orders placed by 1pm ship the same day, subject to stock and payment. We use StarTrack Premium Express, TNT and Australia Post Express with delivery in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).

Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Special orders and custom items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all Castella products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the finish breaks down despite proper care and cleaning, or if the product is defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, and exposure to high humidity, coastal areas, or extreme weather, where finishes may wear more quickly.
If a product is discontinued or altered, we’ll provide a similar substitute in design and value.
