We offer a lifetime guarantee on all Castella products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the finish breaks down despite proper care and cleaning, or if the product is defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, and exposure to high humidity, coastal areas, or extreme weather, where finishes may wear more quickly.
If a product is discontinued or altered, we’ll provide a similar substitute in design and value.

Range
The Hastings range in Solid Brass is characterised by its smooth and refined curves, which give a classic look to cabinetry. The cup pulls, available in 2 sizes, are perfect for shaker style drawers, and the knobs can be used with or without the square backplate. Finishes: Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel, Satin Brass PVD, Aged Brass and Gunmetal PVD PVD – Physical Vapour Deposition – is a thin coating applied to the solid metal base. The coating is invisible and so does not change the look and feel of the handle, but creates an incredibly hardwearing finish. To clean, simply wipe over a warm soapy cloth and dry. Aged Brass finish is only available for 34mm cabinet knob on backplate, 96mm and 203mm cabinet cup pulls.
