Shipping Policy

Orders placed with Castella by 1.00pm will be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability and customer payment terms.

Castella uses StarTrack Premium Express and Australia Post Express services for deliveries. Delivery lead time is 1 – 2 business days* from date of order. All deliveries are made Monday – Friday.

A flat rate delivery fee of $16.00 + GST applies to all orders.

*Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. To check your location please view the Domestic Delivery Estimator. Castella does not guarantee next day delivery or accept responsibility for delayed delivery for reasons outside our control.

International Shipping, Fees and Taxes

International estimated delivery timeframe is up to 21 business days.

Your order will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD) unless another currency is chosen during checkout and will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance.
