Return Policy

At Castella, we understand that things don’t always go to plan.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice and offer a 60 day return policy period.   If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The goods must have been purchased within 60 days
  2. The goods are returned unused and in the original packaging
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be included
  4. Before returning the goods, please notify us that you will be returning the goods by email to castella@castella.com.au
  5. All returns should be sent to Returns Team, Castella, 26 Station St, Moonah, Tasmania

Special orders, bespoke products and items made to order cannot be returned.

Once we have received the returned item, we will contact you to arrange a refund by the original method of payment (credit card or direct deposit), or credit your account.

Please note:

  1. We do not accept responsibility for the shipping costs of return products, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned order, therefore we recommend strongly using a trackable postage or courier service.

International Return Policy

You can return your order via the post using any international postal service or courier (mark it as ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs delays). We are not responsible for the cost of returns.

It can take up to 21 business days for returns to reach our warehouse, and we’ll email you when the return has been processed.

It can then take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Refunds may take longer to process during sales periods or if they fall close to a public holiday.

International orders won’t be reimbursed the cost of original shipping, customs duties, or taxes.
